Now that you’re protected with the most comprehensive protection in the market – let’s go through some Elite Benefits that are available to you as an Endurance customer.

This is your go-to guide that helps explain everything from tire repairs or replacements to towing and collision discounts. However, we advise you to please refer to your Elite Benefits member contract for complete coverage details, terms and conditions, and the correct steps to file a claim.

Tire Replacement/Reimbursement

Taking care of your tires improves the driving experience and ensures your car lasts longer. Elite Benefits offers tire reimbursement benefits of up to $600 for a maximum of four tires for one year.

How does it work? There are two parts to this benefit – tire repair and tire replacement. This benefit is a repair-first benefit, meaning a professional will need to determine whether your tire should be repaired or replaced. The benefit does not cover normal wear and tear like worn tires, dry rot, or balding.

  • Tire Repair: If the covered tire can be safely fixed according to professional tire repair standards, this is covered up to $150 per occurrence.
  • Tire Replacement: If the covered tire is not repairable, the tire replacement cost will be covered up to $150 per occurrence (or up to $600 total). When the tire is not repairable, the new tire will match the same specifications as the original.

To receive the reimbursement benefit:

Send in a copy of your paid invoice, repair order, Elite Benefits membership page, and completed Tire Claim Form to the administrator listed in your Elite Benefits membership contract within 60 days of claim origination.

Note: Prior to any repair or replacement, you must receive authorization from your administrator. See your Elite Benefits membership contract for further details.

Key Repair/Replacement Benefits

Did you know replacing a car key fob can cost up to $500? Luckily for you, Endurance customers get up to one car key fob replacement through their Elite Benefits.

If you’ve ever had the frustrating experience of losing or damaging your key fob or car key, you know how much of a hassle it can be. If you damage, destroy, or lose your key and/or key fob for your vehicle, we will cover up to $500 for the repair or replacement.

To receive the reimbursement benefit:

Mail a copy of your paid invoice, repair order, and membership page to the administrator listed in your Elite Benefits contract within 60 days of claim origination.

Total Loss Protection

We know the stress and hassle that needing a new vehicle can bring. To help, Elite Benefits can cover you if the result of your vehicle is deemed a “total loss” after an accident, with up to $1,000 going towards a replacement vehicle.

To receive the reimbursement benefits:

Within 30 days of the initial claim authorization, submit a copy of your paid invoice, repair order, membership page, police report, replacement vehicle’s lease or contract (if applicable), verification from your insurance of the total loss, and a valuation report to the administrator listed in your Elite Benefits membership contract.

Collision Repair

Car accidents can cause damage and extra expenses you don’t need. The good news: Your Elite Benefits can help in the event of a collision by offering up to $500 per incident to repair any damages to your vehicle.

To receive the reimbursement benefits:

Send in a copy of your repair order, insurance contract, insurance settlement check, written documentation from your insurance indicating the details of the loss, and a Collision Discount Claim Form to your administrator within 30 days of claim origination.

Note: See your Elite Benefits membership contract for additional details.

Emergency Roadside Service

Sudden car breakdowns can happen anytime, which is where roadside assistance can save the day. Every customer with an Endurance vehicle service contract, regardless of enrollment in Elite Benefits, can receive emergency roadside service as a standard part of their contract.

How does this work? If your car experiences a mechanical breakdown within 25 miles of your home address and in need of:

  • Towing or jumpstart
  • Flat tire change (with your inflated spare)
  • Fluid delivery like oil, water, or fuel
  • Lockout assistance

Then, a service provider will be dispatched to your location to help. The emergency roadside benefit includes “sign and drive” services, meaning you incur no out-of-pocket expenses when using it. However, if your vehicle is disabled, you will be able to submit for reimbursement of your road service expenses up to $50.

Endurance also offers trip interruption reimbursement if your car breaks down more than 100 miles away from home. We will reimburse you up to $150 per day or $450 total.

In addition, rental car coverage is available while your vehicle is at a licensed repair facility. We offer up to $30 per day or a maximum of $150 per covered repair.

The emergency roadside service is a multi-use benefit, which allows for a maximum of one use per 72 hours.

To receive the reimbursement benefit:

Mail all receipts from the incident to the towing provider listed in your vehicle service contract within 60 days of claim origination. If you’re unable to find your roadside assistance information, please call (866) 432-4443 or through the Endurance Mobile app, and we can assist you.

Note: The cost of the fluid/fuel itself is not included in the emergency roadside service. Lockout assistance is only provided for entry into the passenger compartment. Roadside services are provided in emergencies only when you are unable to drive the car safely. See your Endurance vehicle service contract for further details.

Endurance Mobile App

Keeping track of your remaining benefits is easy with the Endurance Mobile app. All customers can access this app to see their vehicle ownership information and Elite Benefits.

When you open the app, you’ll see vehicle data, contract information, FAQs, and an option to connect to customer service or roadside assistance.
