FAQ: Where is my refund?
It’s always unfortunate when customers choose to cancel their vehicle service contract with us. To initiate the refund process, you’ll need to complete a cancellation letter, have it notarized, and then forward it to us at Endurance. We understand that waiting can be inconvenient, and we appreciate your patience during this period.
Once we receive your cancellation letter, please allow us up to 6 weeks for the standard processing of your refund. Rest assured, we are committed to ensuring that your refund is processed as swiftly and efficiently as possible, and it will be issued to you via check or credit card.
