Obtain authorization

Have the shop’s manager contact Endurance before proceeding with any repairs or maintenance.

3.

Understand your coverage

Discuss what’s covered under your protection plan with the shop’s service manager and have them complete your claim.

4.

Pay your deductible

This amount will depend on the terms of your contract. Make sure you keep all documentation during this time.

5.

Sit back and relax

Your mechanic will take care of the repairs – and when your vehicle is ready, simply pick it up!

  • What is the Endurance Warranty claims phone number?

    To check the status of your Endurance claim, call our customer service team at (866) 432-4443.

    You can also track the status of your claim through the Endurance Mobile app – available for download on your mobile device through the App Store and Google Play.

    If your vehicle has broken down and you need to file a new claim:

    1. Take action to prevent further damage to your vehicle and get it to a certified mechanic. If you’re not sure where to go, we can help! Search for a repair shop near you by visiting endurancewarranty.com/repair.

    2. Once at the repair facility, present your Endurance coverage to the shop’s service manager. The service manager will contact Endurance for authorization before any repairs begin.

    3. Review what’s covered under your Endurance contract with the service manager and have them complete your claim.

    4. You may need to pay the deductible listed in your contract terms, which is typically between $0 and $200.

    5. Finally, sit back and relax. Endurance and the repair shop will handle the rest. Just pick up your vehicle once it’s ready!
