Your auto protection plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee and 1,000 miles waiting period, (Endurance Select Premier 60 & 1,000) until you are eligible to file a claim. The waiting period begins with the exact current odometer reading and purchase date. Your plan does not cover pre-existing conditions. You are required to keep up with your scheduled maintenance, like oil changes, etc. You will receive your full contract and Elite Benefits details containing all terms and conditions by email (within 72 hours) or mail (within 10-14 days). Upon receipt of your contract, please be sure to review the coverage and information. If you have any questions or are not completely satisfied with your plan, you must notify us via our customer service department at (800-600-2097) within 30 days from the purchase date to receive a full refund. After the 30 days, refunds are on a prorated basis subject to claims paid and any cancellation fees outlined in the contract. Your contract is 100% transferable. All claims must be pre-approved by the claims administrator.
