Access your account through the Endurance Customer Portal to find your roadside assistance details, or call our customer experience team at (866) 432-4443 if you need help locating your provider’s information.

If your vehicle becomes disabled and you arrange roadside assistance on your own, you may still qualify for reimbursement. Log in to the Endurance Customer Portal to review your contract and follow the reimbursement instructions.
