Endurance Auto Warranty Reviews: Why We Care

Amys Baking Duo from Kitchen Nightmares
The infamous Amy's Baking Co. found out firsthand just how damaging online reviews can be after appearing on Gordon Ramsey's Kitchen Nightmares.

On our Learning Center, one of our most talked about topics is Endurance auto warranty reviews. We’re quite certain you’ve picked up on this with the numerous posts, countless tags, and even the topic’s very own category pertaining to this subject. But why do we focus so much on this subject, shouldn’t we have been done after the first post was published?

The answer, because you are reading this, is obviously no. And the reason we focus on this subject matter so fervently is because it truly is one of the most important topics we can tell you about.

It is a common notion in any industry that reviews can either “make” or “break” your business. By this we mean that positive reviews can lead to repeat business, new customers, and expanded revenue. On the other end of the spectrum, negative reviews can lead to loss of customers, hesitant new customers, and a shrinking share in the market. It’s very untrue that any press is good press. Especially when dealing with auto warranty reviews.

To better explain our point let us give you a couple examples:

Bad Reviews– We have always favored getting the bad news out of the way before the good news, so we will talk about an example of bad reviews first. Now many of you have heard of the review site Yelp, but if you haven’t, it’s an online community where consumers can review anything from discount diners to dog salons. A couple months ago, the television show Kitchen Nightmares featured the restaurant Amy’s Baking Company and they got a dose of what bad reviews can really do to their company. While it is true that a good number of reviews were written by viewers who have never visited the restaurant, the damage was already done.

Good Reviews– Of course we couldn’t write an article about on this topic and not share one of our good ones with you! The point of this article is to emphasize Endurance’s constant strive to be the best auto warranty company in the industry. We believe that our review on TopTenReviews.com demonstrates this very well. They flat-out note that we aren’t perfect (and we know we aren’t!), but truthfully note all the reasons why we are the go-to choice when it comes to protection your vehicle.

Endurance Auto Warranty Reviews: Why We Care

The truth is, we care a lot about any the perception that our customers and fellow consumers have about us. Because you could find a mixed bag of positive and not-so-positive reviews, we want to ensure that you feel confident when working with us. We understand that sometimes mistakes can be made, but we’re here to address them head-on and not sweep them under the internet rug.

In fact, we would love to hear what you think about our company IN YOUR OWN WORDS! Send us your own commentary on our product and service in the comments section of this article. We’d love to hear what you have to say… but only if it’s good! (Just kidding!)

A Vehicle Service Contract (VSC) is often referred to as an “auto warranty” or an “extended car warranty,” but it is not a warranty. A VSC does, however, provide repair coverage for your vehicle after the manufacturer’s car warranty expires. A VSC is a contract between you and a VSC provider or administrator that states what is a covered repair and what is not. Not all vehicles qualify for coverage; Endurance does not offer VSCs in California.
