Search for a licensed repair shop near you or take your vehicle to any certified mechanic or repair facility of your choice.
Obtain authorization
Before work begins, have the shop contact Endurance to obtain authorization for the required repair or maintenance.
Understand your coverage
Discuss what’s covered under your auto protection plan with the shop’s manager and have them process your claim.
Pay your deductible
Once the repair is approved, we’ll confirm your coverage with the shop. All you’ll need to do is pay your deductible.
Sit back and relax
Follow your claim’s progress in the Customer Portal while your mechanic handles the repairs and we take care of the payment.
