FAQ: What if I don’t return the Endurance cancellation form?
Prior to canceling your Endurance coverage, it’s important to remember that cancellation isn’t your only option. Many drivers choose alternatives that allow them to keep protection in place, such as working with our team to adjust payment terms so coverage stays affordable or transferring their plan to a new owner when selling their vehicle.
Exploring these options can help you avoid losing your protection against costly breakdowns while still meeting your budget needs.
What Happens If the Cancel Form Isn’t Returned
Calling us at (866) 432-4443 and speaking with our support team is the first step to cancelling your Endurance contract. However, your request isn’t complete until the official cancellation form is filled out and returned.
Until the form is received, your account and coverage will stay active, regular payments will still be due, and financing partners may continue to send billing statements and delinquency notices.
This form includes mileage verification, which must be provided through either a Federal Odometer Statement (a federally required document that records your exact mileage) or a notarized affidavit confirming your mileage at the time of cancellation.
Without notarization, we can’t confirm your vehicle’s mileage, which means your cancellation request may remain incomplete, and any refund you may be eligible for cannot be processed.
For help with your Endurance cancellation or the notarization process, call our customer support team at (866) 432-4443.
