FAQ: Who can cancel my plan?
Before canceling your vehicle service contract, remember you may have options to keep your Endurance protection active, like adjusting your payment terms to make coverage more affordable or transferring your plan to a new owner if you sell your vehicle.
However, we understand there are situations where cancellation becomes necessary, and in some cases, someone other than the contract holder may need to step in.
Who Can Cancel Endurance Warranty
Depending on your circumstances, Endurance cancellation may be requested by:
- The original contract holder.
- A finance company. If your contract is financed, your financer may be able to cancel in cases such as non-payment.
- An authorized representative. In the event of the contract holder’s death or inability to act, a next of kin, executor of estate, or power of attorney may request cancellation with proper documentation.
To initiate cancellation in any of these situations, proof or documentation will be required. For guidance on next steps, contact our customer support team at (866) 432-4443.
