The Stevie Awards for Women in Business honor women executives, entrepreneurs, employees, and the companies they run – worldwide.  The Stevie Awards have been hailed as the world’s premier business awards.

Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word for “crowned,” the awards were presented to winners last night during a gala event attended by nominees and their guests at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada.  The event was broadcast via Livestream.

More than 1,500 entries were submitted this year for consideration in more than 100 categories, including Executive of the Year, Entrepreneur of the Year, Company of the Year, Startup of the Year, Women Helping Women, and Women Run Workplace of the Year. Colleen Sugarman, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of Endurance Warranty Services, was awarded Bronze in the Female Executive of the Year – Consumer Services category for companies with 11 to 2,500 employees.

Colleen Sugarman has an extensive professional background in managing direct-to-consumer businesses across various industries. Before joining Endurance in July 2021, Colleen was CMO at Frontpoint Security and was responsible for brand strategy, creative, analytics, retention, multi-channel acquisition, eCommerce, CRM, and business development.

Over the last year, Colleen has helped Endurance reach and surpass monthly revenue performance across our digital and dealer services verticals. Colleen spearheaded a full redesign of the Endurance consumer-facing website. The new design, which launched in February 2022, includes simplified navigation, improved messaging, a modern design, and a concise coverage plan page to better educate consumers on the value of Endurance.

Colleen’s influence can also be felt in other areas outside of marketing, including our overall customer sentiment and company reputation. The Endurance Net Promoter Score (NPS) has increased significantly under Colleen’s marketing leadership. The company set its highest-ever NPS in November 2021 with 66 and surpassed it again in April 2022 with 69.
