In 2024, the J.D. Power U.S. Initial Quality Study (IQS) recognized Ram for having the fewest owner-reported manufacturing defects within the first 90 days of ownership.   However, Kelley Blue Book consumer reviews have noted “weak reliability” for the 2025 Ram 2500 Crew Cab. RepairPal offered similar views and gave all 2500 Rams a 2.5 out of 5.0 reliability rating.
