FAQ: Where do I send the cancellation form and what happens next?
You can submit your completed Endurance cancellation form by emailing it to [email protected] or by mailing it to the address listed on the form.
Once we receive your completed cancellation form, we’ll send you a confirmation email. If applicable, our team will review your account and calculate a prorated refund.
All prorated refunds are issued by check and will be mailed to your home address on file after your cancellation has been fully processed.
