FAQ: When do I file a claim?
You should file a claim as soon as your vehicle experiences a sudden or mechanical breakdown.
A sudden breakdown happens without warning while the vehicle is in normal use. For example, your car won’t start, or a part fails unexpectedly.
A mechanical breakdown occurs when a covered component stops working properly due to an internal failure, even if the problem developed over time.
If this happens, contact Endurance right away to begin the claims process. Our team can guide you through the next steps and help you find a licensed repair facility. You can also log in to the Endurance Customer Portal to locate your roadside provider, request a tow, and check your claim status once it’s underway.
Filing your claim promptly helps prevent further damage and keeps your repair process running smoothly.
