FAQ: How do I use my roadside assistance benefits?
You can access your roadside benefits anytime through the Endurance Customer Portal. Just review your account or contract to find your towing provider’s number, then give the dispatcher your Endurance contract details — and help will be on the way!
Please note that customers are entitled to one service per 72 hours. We recommend saving your roadside provider’s phone number for easy access.
You can also call the Endurance customer experience team at (866) 432-4443 for assistance. We’re available Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM CT.
