Reviews can either make or break a company. But that doesn’t mean all reviews are factual or even written by actual customers. In any case, if we have received a not-so-great review there are a number of reasons why it exists. We could have made a mistake, we’re not perfect. A customer could have made one too, they aren’t perfect either. Or the review could just be fake as a whole. But whether it is our fault or our customer’s, we will do everything in our power to rectify the situation. This means that if you read something negative about our company, chances are it has already been taken care of and is a thing of the past. We work with every customer, happy or unhappy, to ensure they are 100% satisfied with our product and that any issue that may have existed, no longer does.
