How do you pay claims?
Generally, the repair shop where you take your car will submit your claim. Once your claim is approved, the shop performs the repairs and submits an invoice directly to Endurance. Claims are paid upfront, directly to the repair shop, for ALL covered repairs. We take care of the costs of parts, labor, and taxes associated with your auto protection plan. No waiting for reimbursement. No high out-of-pocket expense. We get you back on the road fast.
What are my payment options?
We realize that one size doesn’t fit all when it comes to vehicle service contracts (VSCs), so we offer more flexibility than any other provider. You’re able to get coverage on as little or as much of your vehicle as you like. Whatever you need, whatever your budget, we’ll arrange a policy that works for you. Endurance also offers flexible payment plans to ensure you’re covered without breaking the bank.

How does Endurance pay for the cost of my auto repairs?
Endurance pays for your auto repairs directly. You’ll never have to wait for a reimbursement check if you have a vehicle protection plan from Endurance. Choose the licensed repair facility that you want to repair your vehicle, and Endurance will pay for the covered parts, labor, and tax directly.
