Every company has gotten a not-so-great review. It is like every person getting a bad grade on a test. Even though you usually get straight A’s, it isn’t impossible for you to receive a ‘A-‘ or other lower grade. Not gonna lie, I saw some stuff that made me raise an eyebrow and I wanted more information so I thought I would go directly to the source. Your reps were very knowlegable and even sent me directly to this page to read. I get what you are saying with this and it has actually helped push me in the direction of going with your company.     I wanted to thank you for your comment on my post. We work really hard to create content for our website that will add value and interest our customers, so your response is exactly what we aim for.

    We have quite a few articles about online reviews because it is such an important topic. Some people will hop onto the internet and read the first thing they see and automatically be convinced, while other consumers might be a bit more savvy and know when a review is real or fake.

    We know how convincing some of these reviews sites can look and we won’t lie, we have fallen for it too before. I once went to a local Vietnamese restaurant in my neighborhood and had an amazing meal. When I went to look up the place again, I saw it had a ton of negative reviews but I had a great experience. The next time I went in, I had to ask what was up with the negative reviews, apparently they said that they had competition from other neighborhood restaurants and were suffering because of the negative reviews. It’s sad, but some people will do anything to succeed.

    Don’t worry though, the restaurant is really thriving and I have been a regular there for over 2-years. Anyway, I am glad that one of our Vehicle Protection Specialists sent you to this page and you found it beneficial.

  3. Hi, I have read your blog before and I just wanted to comment that you guys do a great job following up with your customer’s complaints. I was looking at consumeraffairs.com and the negative reviews you did have on there it looks like you tried to make the customer happy in the end. A lot of companies don’t do this, yall should probably talk about that more.
